Lesson 58

教學目標

　　學會兩種時間表達法，正確運用to 和 past.

本課重點

　　掌握句型What’s the time？It’s…及時刻表達法。

本課難點

　　掌握不同時刻的不同表示法：整點，幾點零幾分，幾點幾十分，幾點幾十幾分以及如何用past和to表示時間。

教師教法

用教具鐘介紹不同的時間，設(shè)置不同情景來教授回答時間的不同方式。用自編對話的方式鞏固練習。

教學用具

　　鐘表，簡易鐘表，投影片，錄音機等。

教學步驟

Step 1 Revision

　　1找兩組同學表演上節(jié)課學的對話。

　　2復習數(shù)字1—99

Step 2 Presentation

　　教師看著自己的手表說：What’s the time? Let me see. It’s about (時間). It’s time to have our English class. We are late. 把It’s time to …和late 寫在黑板上，可讓學生先猜一猜什么意思，必要時加以解釋。然后把Lesson 58課第一部分的圖片用投影打出來，可用以下問題提問：What’s the time? (圖中時間) Who are they? (Tom and his mother) Where is Tom? Is he late for school?

Step 3 Listen and act

　　SB Part1 Students listen to the tape and repeat. Then practice in pairs

Step 4 Presentation

　　教師指著鐘表問學生：What’s the time? 或 What time is it? 讓學分別讀出每個時間，如：7:05, 7:15, 7:20, 7:30, 7:45, 同時教學整點鐘的讀法（o’clock）。待學生熟練掌握此種時間表達法后，再用自制的簡易鐘表，教學用past 表達時間的方法，教師先指著鐘表說：It’s eight o five. It’s five past eight.把它寫在黑板上，待學生讀熟后，拔到不同的時間，讓學生反復練習，同時教 a quarter past 和 half past。要讓學生清楚看到，用past 時，分針始終在1—30分鐘內(nèi)。用同樣方法教學用to 表達時間的方法。最后讓學生總結(jié)出to 和past表達時間的方法。教給學生順口溜，加強記憶。

Step 5 Listen and say

　　Ss listen to the tape and repeat. 然后做問答練習。

Step 6 Ask and answer

　　學生分組做第三部分問答練習，在學生問答的同時，用投影片依次打出每個時間的兩種表達法，讓學生加深印象。

Step 7 Consolidation
